While I was surfing around the net I found an fantastic advice-column style blog on Over 40 Dating that looks pretty active. She calls Lessons, stories and insites for Yummy Midlife Dating. I was particulary interested in an article on Relationship Recovery.

Many people I meet, who find themselves single in midlife, had long relationships - even marriages - before they found themselves on their own. Dating can seem like something that young people do, something from another generation. Does anybody have any insight on getting back into the swing of being single again, or even if that’s something that should be rushed at all!
