As we cross into mid-life, it is no secret that we need to be even more careful about our health. What’s really alarming is that diabetes is approaching epidemic proportions now. I think one really important thing is to eat food that has not been processes, or at least do that as much as possible. They advise following a doctor’s advice first, but also sticking to real food as much as possible, and also some supplements that have been showed to make up for things we are not always getting in our diet. When we put the right things into our bodies, it may be possible to keep cravings under control, and also eliminate cramps and improve circulation.
And of course, fit a bit of exercise into the day. I know it can be challenging, but you’re up for a challenge!
