Exercise Over 50 Can Be Painless with Yoga!

Seriously, when I was in my early 20s, I took a yoga class. The instructor was a woman who was probably in her late 40s to early 50s, and she was very proud of how toned and flexible she kept her middle aged body. I’m telling you that even though I was much younger, and in pretty decent shape from long distance bike rides, this class was torture. I would leave sore and limping, and the pain was ususally even worse the next day!
The point is, I never would have considered doing something like that now, after another quarter century has passed. But I just read an article on Fast How To that says Yoga Does Not Have To Hurt! I had no idea. By the way, I also do not have any idea what that yoga instructor is doing now. I guess she would be about 75 by this time, and I am about the age now that she was then. Even though her class was painful, I am generous to hope that she is keeping her friends at the senior center limber and breathing well. Hopefully, she has read this article: How To Practice Yoga Without Pain.
