Do You Need a Simple Passover Dessert Recipe?
Try Passover S’mores!
If you need something simple to make for Passover dessert, try our kosher for Passover S’more recipe! It is really simple, something that just about everybody loves, and also a dish you could even get the kids to make.
You Need:
- Matzah – I usually break them into quarters as well as I can.
- Kosher for Passover Chocolate Chips (or whatever flavor you like)
- Kosher for Passover Marshmallows
Directions
Set your oven to bake on low – I set mine at 200 degrees. You could also use a toaster oven for this.
Spread the matzah on a cookie sheet or baking pan. I like to line mine with baking sheets or foil to avoid a mess. If you do not have a kosher baking pan, you could just line your oven rack with foil.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips and marshmallows on the matzah!
Put the matzah in the oven, and let the chips melt and marshmallows toast. Take it out, let it cool, and enjoy!
See, I told you this was the easiest dessert ever!
