    I know that the author, Isabella, is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and Exercise Specialist, so that is comforting. If you view the website, you can see she really looks great too. :) She’s been doing this for about 10 years and has had 30,000 or more clients who have lost weight with this program.

    I am sure you can find her information in other places, but she communicates in a way that is simple to follow and understand – so I can see why it is popular.
