As we enter our fities, and beyond, a lot more of us wear glasses. I know I needed mine to pass my driver’s test this time around, where in previous years my eyes were good enough for the state. One pain about needing prescription glasses is the need to have regular glasses and sunglasses! And those little clip-on sunglasses you can buy don’t usually look very fashionable. In fact, the word – nerd – comes to mind.

A new solution is here. Fitovers@come from Australia where they have been popular for over a decade. I have 2 pairs myself, and I have found that I can wear them with or without my glasses. This is convenient for me because I need my glasses to drive, but most of the time I can navigate on foot without them just fine. It is great for me to have some high quality sunglasses that can be worn with, or without, my regular glasses. This is a great feature if you wear contact lenses sometimes too!

This is important because we all have different size heads and glasses frames. Note that my glasses have fairly small frames. I am not sure if the same pair would work with a larger frame style.
