The article says that facial exercises can help strengthen facial muscles and improve appearance, but doctors warn that good form is a key. Bad form can cause facial muscles to spasm, and instead of warding of wrinkles, they can cause intense pain. Like any other new excercise, don’t overdo it, and try to learn how to do it right!
