This spring has been a bad one for allergies, at least for me. I think it is because it did not rain much, so all that pollen gunk just sort of hung in their air, got all over clothes, came inside, and made me miserable. A lot. On my doctor’s advice I went behind the counter to get the +D prescription medication. It did help with my stuffed nose, but I am telling you, it made me wired!
I like to use natural cures for allergies because I can just treat the symptoms without feeling as if I’m messing up the rest of my body. The relief is more gentle, but if you don’t like the side effects of strong allergy medicines, try treating your allergy symptoms the natural way.
