Sleep is Essential To Good Health

All Natural Sleep AidI think most of us are aware that a good night’s sleep can do wonders for our health and attitude. The International Longevity Center (ILC)has, of course, noticed that sleep problems are common for many older people. We have also observed that life changes, like experiencing menopause or changing a routine like employment can contribute to poor sleep. And yet they also note that sleep is essential to quality of life, emotional well being, and overall health.

A survey conducted by the ILC reported that 53 percent of older people who reported sleep issues to their medical providers never got any treatment. The article concluded that even though 80 percent of those surveyed believe that sleep is important to their health, the medical community does not take that issue seriously.

A hot bath or a really boring documentary seem to work too! If you are looking for a natural sleep remedy, do some more research on Sleep Remedy Tissue Salts to Relax Your Body.
