		<description>I guess you could cut it in half, but here are the problems. First, my blender seems to need at least a cup of liquid to work well when crushing the ice and blending the fruit. Second, I like the variety of two types of fruit, and so that adds to the serving. If you can solve those problems, let us know. 

And I haven't really come up with a good way to store the extra serving, but really....it isn't over indulgence even with two glasses, and it keeps me away from much worse snacks. It provides a little more than a serving of dairy (remember the yogurt), 2 servings of fruit, but really that's about it! Most of us do not get enough fruit and veggies in every day anyway. 

Sometimes I can share it with another person in my household, but if that doesn't work, I just have it all!</description>
