Over 50 Jobs – Career and Business Building Resources

Our Readers are Interested in Over 50 Jobs!

If there are some types of articles that are always popular on Over50Web.net, not matter what time of year it is or what is going on with the economy, they are about over 50 jobs or business opportunities. Now plenty of fifty-somethings (or older) are content to slide through until retirement with their current career. But not all of us.

We could be layoff victims, burnt out, or simply endulging in a bit of midlife crisis. Some of us are content with our work, but feel pressured by retirement savings (or the lack of them), and just want to find a way to earn more money. We may be looking for a higher paying job or simply a way to moonlight for extra cash.

So we asked our readers and subscribers to tell us what they wanted. We got some comments and lots of emails. We were not surprised to see requests for more job and business related resources. In response, we have been trying to develop these resources. They are new, and they may change as we evolve, but let us show you what we have so far!

• Our Over 50 Forums have a boomer biz section. Right now we have topics for finance, over 50 jobs, and over 50 finance. You are welcome to read and join the discussion. Some pretty sharp people float by once in awhile, and you are probably one of them. You may help others or get your questions answered.
• Our latest sister site, Over 50 Jobs, is dedicated to job, business, and educational ideas for the middle aged or retirement age set. We plan on adding job postings too, and we are working on that.

We have not closed our request for suggestions. In fact, we are all ears. You can always register for free and add comments. You can also post your suggestions to the BoomBaby.org forums!
